Shipping policy

Please note that delivery times estimated at checkout begin from the time of shipping, not the time of order. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Spice it Your Way. Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Spice it Your Way has no control over shipments once they are accepted by the carrier. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number for your convenience. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has shipped the ship to address cannot be changed. If an order is returned to us, shipping costs will need to be re-paid before it can be reshipped. New products or replacements for orders returned to sender, will not be shipped until the original, undeliverable order has been returned and received by us.

Spice it Your Way is not responsible for items lost or stolen packages.

If your order tracks as delivered but is not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. Please contact the USPS at 1-800-222-1811, or your local post office. FedEx can be contacted at 1-800-463-3339. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.
