SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIMES
Please note that delivery times estimated at checkout begin from the time of shipping, not the time of order. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Spice it Your Way. Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Spice it Your Way has no control over shipments once they are accepted by the carrier. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number for your convenience. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has shipped the ship to address cannot be changed. If an order is returned to us, shipping costs will need to be re-paid before it can be reshipped. New products or replacements for orders returned to sender, will not be shipped until the original, undeliverable order has been returned and received by us.
Spice it Your Way is not responsible for items lost or stolen packages.
If your order tracks as delivered but is not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. Please contact the USPS at 1-800-222-1811, or your local post office. FedEx can be contacted at 1-800-463-3339. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.
All products are for personal use only and cannot be resold.
Custom and Print on Demand items are non-returnable.
Returns for other items are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit minus return shipping charges.
All returns are store credit only.
If you receive the wrong item(s), or if you receive an imperfect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. For all claims, please provide photos of the products, packaging, and your order number. If you received the wrong item please provide a photo of the item you did receive, including an image of the product. If the order arrived with an imperfect item, please include photos of the imperfection. We will then issue a replacement order, and if applicable, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect items.

Are Your Labels Waterproof?
Our spice labels are water and oil resistant. We print all dispenser bottles on waterproof labels/ink.
How Do I Care For My Oil Bottles, Soap Bottles And Spice Jars ?
Gentle wash under water, Do NOT put in the dishwasher.
How Do I Care For My Pumps?
If your pump becomes clogged, clean out with a pin or toothpick.
Can We Customize Labels?
Yes we are able to customize any name/ spice of your choice on all bottle dispensers and spice jars. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us via email or DM on insta.
How Long To Receive My Order?
Our team works on orders Monday-Friday. Please allow 7-10 business days for your product to go out for shipping, A tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped.
